Grow My Family Tree

Below is a form where you can enter information about your family to help grow the Pukatawagan family tree!

Write down the first, last and middle names of:

• Yourself (and your children)

• Your parents (and their children)

• Your grandparents (and their children)

• Your great-grandparents (and their children) – if you know them!

Then enter each of those names in the form fields below along with the date of birth, names of the persons children and other notes. Ask family members to help you. It is important to be as accurate and detailed with your information as possible. Please ensure you’ve spelled any and all names correctly. Also be sure to use their full given names [First Name, Middle Name(s) and Last name]. As an example, your Dad might go by the name Mike on a day-to-day basis but if his full given name is Michael, enter that as his first name.
